This shrine to the semi-legendary guru Rimpoche was right along the highway near Tashitang. The chorten to the right of the painting contains a large prayer wheel driven by water.

The text below the painting is a sanskrit prayer. Our cultural guide, Kandu, said, "I can recite the prayer because I learned it in school, but I can't read it."
