We saw this spider during a visit to the Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge near Austin as part of the Texas Ornithological Society meeting. At first, Jim thought this was some species of Neoscona, but it strongly resembles the picture 21 on plate 10 of Jackman, who labels it as a Eustala species.
