We spotted this spider standing still on the kitchen floor. Of course, by the time I had the camera out, it was scurrying all over the place, not standing still. We herded her toward Linda's shoe - the edge of her sneaker is just visible in the photo - and got this picture. See page 193 in How to Know the Spiders, by B.J. Kaston, for the ID.
