We took several pictures of Linda after her accident in case we needed them later. It turned out, though, that the other driver was insured by the same company as Linda, so the question of who paid what was moot.

The airbag performed as designed and undoubtedly saved Linda from more serious injuries, but she still had what the ophthalmologist termed "airbag syndrome." It was quite a while before her vision in the left eye was back to normal.
