We saw lots of these cute warblers in Mendocino County while we were there. This stunning male, in Russian Gulch State Park, cooperated enough for a good photo.

Bird photos are difficult. We were lucky on this one. We were even luckier to get two photos at almost the same time. Check out the Swainson's Thrush.
