We wanted to do something outdoors with Lil while we were in Seattle. A bit of searching on the web found a combination of community garden and nature trail in Bellevue, a short drive from Leslie's house.

The community garden proved to be a good spot for arachanae. We got a marvelous photo of Araneus diadematus on a Dahlia flower and a shot of a harvestman, which is an arachnid, but not a true spider, on a squash blossom.
